History
Providing Mid-Michigan with superior construction for over 60 years.
Lansing, MI 1958 Larry T. Schaefer began working in the residential construction field in many aspects of home construction, including masonry, framing, roofing and trim work. In 1962 with Larry's wide range of experience he and his wife Joan started their own residential construction business of which they are still part of today. In the early 1990's Larry's sons Eric and Clint joined the family business and learned under their parent's guidance. They now work together to continue the tradition of quality home building started by their parents while incorporating innovative building techniques and business practices.
